DO YOU HAVE PHOTOS OF INDIVIDUAL APARTMENTS?
No. If you’re looking to lease an apartment prior to seeing it, we can show you the apartment via FaceTime or Skype. Simply schedule a tour and make this request in the comments section.
HOW LONG CAN I RESERVE AN APARTMENT FOR?
We can hold an apartment for up to 30 days from its availability date.
HOW DO I RESERVE A LOFT APARTMENT?
To reserve a loft, we must have received the following:
1.) Non-refundable $50 application fee + completed online application
2.) Approved credit and background check
3.) 1 month’s rent security deposit (if results from credit check are inconclusive, we may require a deposit worth up to three month's rent)

Parking differs for each property, naturally, yet each is beautifully well-planned. View the properties for more information.
WHAT'S THE WAITING LIST PROCEDURE?
We give priority notification to those who have completed the online application. Be sure to specify which plan you are wanting and when.
WHAT ARE THE BASIC LEASE TERMS?
You have the option of a 1 or 2 year lease. Your lease will automatically roll month to month at the end of the initial term.
HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
The standard security deposit is $500, which is fully refundable after successful completion of the lease agreement.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR APPROVAL?
These can be found at the end of our online application. If you do not meet all of these requirements, we can still get you approved with a higher security deposit requirement.
WHICH UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED?
You pay electric. We'll cover the rest (sewer, water, trash & pest control).
WHAT ABOUT CABLE AND INTERNET?
Our downtown properties are all wired for AT&T U-Verse and each have the highest capable speed on the market. You choose whatever plan works best for you. This is not included in the rent.
