Meet the Broker

I love Memphis. I was born, raised, and am currently raising, with the help of my wife, 3 children of our own here in this city. I attended high school at Evangelical Christian School in Cordova, TN. I attended Wake Forest University on a full scholarship as a wide receiver on the school’s first ACC Championship team and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a major in English and a minor in Spanish. Upon graduating, I moved to New York City and earned a desk on Mercer Street with Bond New York where the majority of my days would consist of running and biking around the city in search of keys that could get me into buildings so that I could show and rent as many spaces as possible. My time in NYC was a blast, and it instilled in me a deep appreciation for all things leasing & property management.

Soon after moving back to my hometown, I started Left Field Properties, LLC. We have played a number of roles in several developments that we currently operate today. Our office sits in the basement of the historic Pressbox building, which is located in the left field of AutoZone Park. There you’ll find myself and my office team of Robert and Jasmine regularly popping upstairs to grab some coffee (and sunlight) in the building’s ground-floor cafe, which we developed and manage. We currently manage 245 units across 6 properties in the Memphis area in addition to several office and commercial tenants. We are eager to manage more!
